    • Process content that promotes violence, hate speech, or exploitation

    2.3 System Integrity

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts
    • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
    • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization

    2.4 Commercial Misuse

    • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
    • Use the Service to build a competing product or service
    • Systematically download and redistribute transcripts for commercial purposes without compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service

    3. Fair Use
